Transcript Requests

Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts can be obtained at no cost through the Student Portal. Students that do not have access to their Student Portal may contact the Registrar’s Office to request a copy of their unofficial transcript.

Official Transcripts
Students can request official transcripts electronically through Parchment, our online third-party transcript service. Official transcripts can be requested through the Student Portal.  Students that do not have access to their Student Portal may request transcripts here.

Hold Options
Hold for Grades: Grades post on the Wednesday following the last day of the module. Processing for transcripts with this hold option will be begin shortly after that time.

Hold for Degree: Degrees are not posted to the student’s record until all academic/externship documentation is verified and completed. Degrees are posted to the student’s record 3-4 weeks following the last day of the module. At that time all transcript requests that are on hold for degree will be fulfilled.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please note, a transcript cannot be released directly to any student with a student account hold (i.e. an outstanding financial obligation to the institution.) However, students with an account hold can request for transcripts to be sent to any third party that would need this information for verification (employers, other institutions, etc.) If the student has an account hold and places an order to receive transcripts directly, the order will be cancelled and the student will receive a communication stating that the request is denied at this time due to a student account hold.

  • FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday
  • FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes
  • FedEx Overnight orders must be placed/fulfilled by 3pm EST to be delivered on time.
  • Transcript requests are processed daily and in the order received. It is the student’s responsibility to request their transcripts in a timely manner to ensure the recipient obtains the transcript by any deadline. Plan accordingly.
  • Degrees will not appear on the transcript if the order was placed before the degree posting process has been completed. If the student needs a transcript with the degree or end of term grades please select the appropriate hold option when placing the order.
  • Institutions can take 4-6 weeks to process incoming transcripts and make the necessary entries in their computer systems (during this time, the school may not be able to confirm that they received the transcript).
  • It is the requester's responsibility to verify the destination address is correct.
  • There is no way to change the destination address once a transcript has been requested. If a transcript was sent to an incorrect address, the student will need to submit a new request.

If the student has encountered any issues with the transcript request (i.e. recipient did not receive the transcript, transcript request has missing/incorrect information, issues downloading a transcript, login issues, etc.) the student can submit a support ticket to Parchment.
