Charter College HVAC/R instructor earns Master certification

Pasco, WA – Charter College instructor Bruce Pritchard has earned the distinction of Certified Master HVACR Educator (CMHE) from HVAC Excellence, a non-profit accrediting body. This is the highest credential available to HVACR instructors and represents an exceptional understanding of HVAC technologies and theories. Pritchard teaches Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration at Charter College in Pasco, Washington.

Pritchard has over 25 years experience in the HVACR industry having worked in various facets of the field including: residential, light commercial, heavy commercial refrigeration, controls engineering, and project management. He now puts that experience to work preparing the next generation of HVACR service technicians as an instructor for Charter College.

Knowing that the success of his students is dependent upon the quality of education he provides, Pritchard committed himself to the CMHE training program. He passed all the Certified Subject Matter Educator (CSME) exams including: electrical, air conditioning, light commercial air conditioning, light commercial refrigeration, electric heat and either gas heat, oil heat or heat pumps. Additionally, Pritchard passed the Capstone exam that covers technical education methodologies, principles, and practices.
