The Charter Library has something for everyone
- Traditional resources
The library has reference and circulating books, magazines, newspapers, videos, and CD-ROMs. Students find the Charter library a quiet and friendly place to study. A librarian and student assistants are available to help students with their research and homework. Charter’s library is open 68 hours a week.

- Online resources
The library houses 20 new Dell Pentium computers that provide students access to computer software needed to complete homework assignments, compile research, prepare presentations and reports, and compete in today’s work environment.
- Virtual resources
From both on and off the Charter campus, students can access virtual resources. Virtual resources expand the library’s physical collection. From anywhere, including their home computers, and at any time, students can read electronic books and magazines, and train on some of the hottest technologies from Cisco, CIW, CompTIA, Microsoft, Macromedia and Novell.
